I was told to keep your tongue up not touching anything in your mouth and try falling asleep.

u should drink until u get a buzz

Prayer and meditaiton...do you have a clear conscience?

Sex, masturbation, writing, reading, watching good t.v., warm bubble bath, massage, spa; if all else fails...Get some anti- depressants.

Sleepy-Time by Celestial Seasonings

Take a warm bath before bed.

Generally start getting into a night-time routine. Read a book or magazine. I've been told not to watch tv, but as long as it's mindless--I don't see the problem.

Pay attention to the temperature in your room--if it is too hot or too cold it may effect your sleep.

Don't exercise too close to bed time or it will rev you up. Often we let things that bother us come up when we are trying to wind down. If things are bothering you write them down.

try to find out reason.some people can`t fall asleep when the lights are on,some cannot sleep when even there is a little noise and so on.try to find out if doesn`t help,it is better to see a doctor, because sleeping is very important for body.

Try Sominex, Works for me.

I drink a water beverage and listen to soothing classical music. IN bed 10 minutes before my bedtime and just rest.

No TV, No Phone, No Steamy,Gory or very interesting books.

Go to bed at a regular time. Set it and keep it. I literally have a bedtime alarm as well as a wake up one.

Right down all those busy thoughts in a journal/ notebook, so your mind is clear to sleep.

I lay out all my clothes the night before and that eases my mind when I wake up.

Try out a drug store sleeping pill. It useually takes 3 days to get into a sleeping habbit. stop the pills on the weekend so begin them on wed. Lets see what happens.... Many people can't get a full 8 hour rest from these pills because they must get up and use the restroom or eat. Just try to go back to sleep and cound sheep or pieces of pizza.

best wishes
