Is this abnormal? I only sleep about 3 hours a night and never feel tired.?!


Question: I can keep this up for about a month and then I go into a sleep mode in which I sleep anywhere between 15 and 19 hours a day for a few days. Then I return to my normal 3 hour pattern. Anyone heard of anything like this????

Do you also feel down or depressed when you go into "sleep mode"? That sounds very much like bipolar disorder, and whether you get depressed or not, I'd strongly recommend talking to your doctor about it. Bipolar is definitely not something you want to just ignore as it tends to get worse over time if it's left untreated, and as that happens, it becomes harder to treat.

No it is not abnormal as long you are constructive and kind in what you do

That's exaclty like me. It's the weirdest thing. I find it better when I sleep though, my memory is really improved. I think the cardanian (or however it's spelled) cycle is just really messed up. I don't think it's a serious condition though or anything, but it's certainly not good for you at all.
