Am i being too paranoid?!
Question: Ok, so i have a notebook where i write a lot of personal stuff.. stories, poems, journal entries.. that kind of thing, and i would DIE if any unwanted eyes fell upon my notebook.
Sometimes i bring the nb to school. i have always kept it in my locker, and always kept a lock on my locker. well, duh, i guess.
ok, so a year later, i'm having these really weird fears that someone could have read the notebook, in the unlikely event that i have dropped it or something, and that idea fills me with panic in an instant.
I also have these fears that someone can read my mind, and that they can tell whenever i think about them. I also panic.
Am i being completely irrational? What should i do?

To be smart never write down anything or tell anything to anybody that you do not want everyone to know. For example, if you raped and killed a few people.
This is what the mind of a human being does. It creates all sorts of fears. The only way someone can feel perfect peace and limitless happiness is to be totally without fear. For an example of this, read about St Francis of Assisi.
See site below to learn how to get rid of fear, anxiety etc. that make your life miserable and to see the following quote: A very famous American psychologist, Abraham Maslow (1908-1970), said "I can feel guilty about the past, apprehensive about the future, but only in the present can I act. The ability to be in the present moment is a major component of mental wellness."
