I get mood swings all the time?!
Question: i have very random mood swings. i can be happy 1 second then shouting the next.
i know that mood swings are related to periods but i know that isn't that.
the mood swings really upset me cause nothing has changed in my lyf so i dont know whats causing them.
the mood swings make me angry at all my mates and they are really fed up with me

You need to see a doctor and let him check your hormone levels or your serotonin levels. If these are off balance, then you'll be too!

I think you may be a manic depressive.
Go to your nurse/doctor && talk to them.
If you are a teenager, it could just be because of that. In this case you will grow out of it
Extreme swings of mood could indicate that you are bipolar. In either case, I guess you are needing someone to talk to whom you can trust.
You're 14? You have a nasty cocktail of PMS and puberty. Trust me, thats a lethal mix. You don't believe PMS is real? PMS heightens whatever chemical imbalance you already have.
Also, avoid sugar and caffeine. Seriously. See if it makes a difference.
