When one finds that his 'needs' are not filled, his wants not satisfied,and desires not cared for, he gets into a depressed mood and under great stress! He resorts to emotional responses to most civil requests too!
At such juncture, he should regain his "self possession' or composure by slowly getting released from the grip of that thought and relax .He sholju breath steadily . Drink water.
Seek fresh air and look at greenery.
Try to recollect some joke, anecdote, or mantra.
He should let this thought permeate his mind : man has to try always to keep up the equanimity of the mind,

Exercise can help a lot with this. Just 30 minutes a day, at little as 3-5 times a week can help. Work out just hard enough to get your blood pumping and your heart beating fast, like it's hard to carry on conversation. Try the treadmill, elliptical trainer, bike, or any other form of exercise you enjoy. Also, stretching out your muscle reduces tension and when I really want to relax, I take a looong, hot bath.

Do ur favourite activity & forget it.Be fresh.Take long breath.

While sitting at your desk, make clockwise circles with your right foot.
While doing this, draw the number '6' in the air, with your right hand.
Your foot will change direction!

Always there is a way to neutralise our worries.

one way is meditation.. that'll help u divert ur mind from ur problems.. if u do well all ur issues would start looking unimportant.. may check sites of gurus like osho, krishnamurti, sri sri ravi shankar.. whoever clicks u..

or u may try some creative activity like painting, writing.. blogging if u are a netizen..

but if u are brave enough i would suggest instead of avoiding ur problems or getting tense thinking about them.. FACE THEM.. analyze ur situation and try finding ways of winning it.. see the problems in ur life as stepping stones and not as hurdles...it'll make u a stronger person... u'll probably thank them and a later point in life.. all the best :-)

Unsteady of life and earnings....these days it will make you crazy. That is normal. In order to have a good tension free life, you should earn. Therefore, try to find a good job which you can make money. It is depend on your qualification. However, there are lot of job opportunities these days. Try to find a good one which can meet your need. Beside that, keep communicate with your good friends (those are kind to others and good listners) about the problems. Walk 45 minutes daily...but don't think any of your problems during walking...instead listen music.....read more about different subjects....divert attention to more social things than your personal.

Try To Meet Ur Old Time Friend Spend Some Time With them. Call Always Atlest Once In a Day & Try Touch With them. Keep Ur Self Busy With Ur Work As Well As Activity. Get Dinner With Ur Family.

Even I was mad with tension and uncontrolled mind.
But remember that controlling your mind takes lot of time, it is a long process, but in between you will feel that your mind is now more stable and peaceful.

If there is a Ramakrishna Math in your city, go there and join there for meditation. Buy a Book of Vivekananda called as Raja Yoga and read that. I prescribe you Pratyahara, which is given in that book. You may also find that book online. Trataka and Chanting the name of God will make mind more peaceful. Search for trataka in google.com.

Relaxation, understanding that what is destined to happen will certainly happen and developing the habit of leading life without expecting for a desired result, may certainly help you in solving your problem.

go to you tube and type in "laughing babies" you can watch tons of videos of baby's laughing and it is the most infectious laugh and you will feel better no how many times you watch it....

See tension, and stress, in section 42, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris Practice one of the relaxation methods on pages 2, 11, 2c, or 2i, daily, and when needed. Also, give the EFT a good tryout, to see if it helps you. Section 53, and pages 2, 2.q and 2.o at ezy-build also refer.
