Yes it is true that she had demonic attacks by many different demons all inside her at once including: Lucifer, Judas Iscariot, Nero, Cain, Hitler, and Fleischmann. But her name wasn't Emily Rose, it was Anneliese Michel and she lived in Germany.
There are some types of epilepsy that could be mistaken as demon possession. Some people have a cursing seizure, where they curse loudly and repeatedly, even though they may not curse in the normal course of things. Another type of epilepsy happens when people can't stop themselves from taking their clothes off, wherever they happen to be when a seizure strikes.
People who have these types of seizures, or similar types, may become convinced they are demon possessed, especially if they are religious. Epilepsy used to be thought of as demon possession, and many people still believe it to be. If the person thinks they are demon possessed, they might start behaving as if they are. This gives them even more reason to believe they are.
It is sad that epileptics today can still be mistaken for being demon-possessed, but it is true. There may be cases of demon possession, but I do not believe this is one.
