Where were you when you had your first panic attack?!

in my friends room, I just took a big hit of salvia and had the worst trip of my life, i wont get into details about it but yeah it was a pretty bad panic attack..
At work. I was so scared. Thank God, one my co workers, helped me.
One time i kinda freeked out while disecting a fish. Guts got all over me and i screamed and cried a little, i was like breaking down.
School bus..... I was 5 years old.... The driver passed by my house and didn't let me off. I thought I was being kidnapped..... I was crying and quite hysterical..

I was at work when I was 16 years old. It was after my boss called me a "pothead." I wasn't really, it was only a little bit after I had started smoking pot, and he was just joking around with me. But I remember getting really freaked out that I had done something wrong and my parents would find out. I had a panic attack for a few hours, and my hands were even shaking.
I was 15 and at home. It was about 3am and I was still up doing homework. I just started freaking out; it was pretty scary.
