turn on the tv. that will make u think someones with u. then try to find someone to talk to online. have a bite to eat. try to sleep. it will all be over soon

Do you have a girl friend in town you can call to spend the night. Or can you surprise your family and catch a flight?

u r just like me.

i think you have anxiety disorder like i do.
you are always afraid and your heart is not relieved.
does your hands swet alot? can't you stay still?
do you become angry real quick?

it's better if you can see a doctor
he/she might help you alot=)
GOOD LUCK!

Go help out at a homeless shelter or church. Helping others will help you get your mind off of yourself.

You know what helps me? MUSIC. LOUD music. Then at night just use your headphones and when you start to feel a bit drowsy, take em off and snooze :).

check that the doors and windows are locked.
put on an outside light.
turn on the lights in your rooms, put in your iPod and read a good/fun book.
go see a movie.
play some online games

Turn the volume up on the TV, or radio, and put all the lights on, and lock the doors. Later, tune a radio off station, producing white noise, and turn up the volume, to mask background noises, or have talkback radio on. I keep a big knife and tomahawk with me. ANXIETY: See anxiety treatments, at * ezy-build (below) in section 6. Set yourself a fixed limit for worrying about any particular subject, (say; 15 minutes) after which, resolve firmly to refuse to even consider that subject again on that day: realise and accept that to do otherwise would be counterproductive to your mental health, and enjoyment of life. Use the technique for reprogramming negative thoughts and internal monologue (self talk), on pages 2, and 2L, to help you in this, and consider carrying a wide rubber band in your pocket: put it on your wrist; stretch, and release, as a means of reinforcing it, and speeding up the process, re-pocketing it afterwards. Practice one of the relaxation methods on pages 2, 11, 2c, or 2i, daily, and when needed. Also, give the EFT a good tryout, to see if it helps you. Section 53, and pages 2, 2.q and 2.o at * http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris also refer.
