There is a very powerful way to relax, and its easy, and i am going to explain it to you. There has been a time in your past somewhere, maybe sooner or later, that you were so relaxed, it was just so soothing, in that moment. Go ahead and think of that time, and notice how you remember this time, where is the picture in your mind? Left center right up down? is it colorful and vivid or black and white? Is it a big image and is it close to you or far away or small? I want you to look through your own eyes of this memory, see what you saw, hear what you heard. Make the colors vivid and vibrant, make the image in your mind huge and really close. Notice how you can get that feeling back, and experience it again. Now notice how that the feeling starts somewhere in your body. The felings you feel must move in a circular motion, because if the feeling did not move, you would habituate the nerves, and you would feel nothing. So find out where is this feeling starting from? Where does it move to? Does it move from your chest, upwards, and down the back and come back around? Notice this, and consciously visualise this feeling in your body as a color that pleases you, and see it in your body spinning. Now make it spin faster, and faster, and notice how the feeling of relaxation can grow and grow and grow, the more you spin it faster, the more relaxed you become.

I like listening to music. they have those relaxing CD's now. Personally I like jazz.
