Question: Can you possibly know this?
ok my new year resolotion is to make my life more organized
(e.g hand assignments on time remmember birthdays, go to the places i want to visit, read the books that i always wanted to read etc)

basicly be more organized, i have dyslexia and i forget thing alot, i live in a small room, am 22 and at uni

my question is how to do all that

Yes, write stuff down, get a year planner on your wall, write lists and tick stuff off when you do it....

I'll also tell you a wee bit of 'magic'... If you want something write your wish down on wee pieces of paper, hide them all over the house, even under your pillow, no-one but you must know they're there... A wee trick on the unconscious mind :D

Maybe you need to live your life around lists.

Lists for everything important. (whether written or audio-recorded)

A place for everything and everything in it's place.
Set reminders on your phone.
Let yourself have fun, but not to the detriment of your schoolwork.

WRITE EVERYTHING THAT YOU WANT TO DO, DOWN ON PAPER AND READ IT BEFORE RETIRING AT NIGHT AND ON ARISING IN THE MORNING

Buy a day planner.

Use the 15 minute rule. You will be surprised at how well it works. Pick an area and work for 15 minutes as hard as you can. Work on that same area every morning and every evening for 15 minutes until the area is perfect and then pick the next area you want to work on.


Make yourself throw some things away!!

i also have memory problems.
the best approach i did was to get a notepad in hand.
once i think of something that needs to be done, i write it down in case i cannot do it yet. try it.
also you should try to find out about the medicine " ambrotose" it is said to help the brain a lot.
