You sound overwhelmed. I understand. most people do these days. I started exercising and eating healthy. I try to have things and people in my life that make me laugh. These things really do work. Also make sure you have at least one good friend to talk to. Don't look at everything as a whole. Tackle only one issue at a time, complete it and you will start feeling relief very quickly!! no drinking or drugs, they are only depressents and will make you feel worse. ok calm down seriously maybe theres something yuo do hhat can help relieve your stress like music or writtting maybe hanging out with friends anything. i get stre3ssed allot too dont worry but i go running to deal with is when i go for a run i just forget about everything that was stressing me out you just need to find your outlet. So hang in there and just relax

Try switching jobs, get another job in which you are more comfortable .......your job is the problem right

Please go for long walks...and learn to meditate and thereafter please do practice it regularly. Stay away from heavy meals during dinner-- gradually increase raw foods-- vegs, fruits and sprouts into your diet......please start with this for the time being and see the world changing for you. hey chill.... try to calm down first... ok listen to some calm, soft music, which can make you feel relaxed, then probly take a break or go have a lil nap/sleep... then wake up and try managing or organising all ur work... and start them slowly... without taking too much tension. ok... try handling things calmly.

You need a holiday.
is your boss someone who is nice where you can say i need a week or two i have a few things going on and im feeling very stressed.
the world is against everyone, you just have to prove it wrong. find something that you enjoy doing which is calming weather its sleeping or some sort of sport or hobby.

after you take a break from everything.
allow yourself at least 3 hours a week to do your own thing.
start a budget book so you know exactly where all your money is so you are not stressing about that. and what ever is stressing you out now, find a resolution for it.
