How do I stop a twitch?!

Question: So... I don't know if this is a "nervous twitch" seeing as I'm not nervous or anything, but I keep making myself twitch. It's not a spasm that I can't control, but I can't get out of the habit of doing it.

I've been doing it for about a week now and I can't stop. I try and distract myself, but then I think about it and I start again. Help, please?

It's hard to say what they are without knowing more. I get this type of reaction as a result to the abilify I take so I have to take other medications to lower the side effect.
