I feel tired sometimes too.

You need to have a healthy diet - no sugar, less refined carbohydrates (no white bread, pasta, potatoes , pizza), no fast food, no soft drink, less coffee and tea, lots of vegetables and fruits, lots of water.

You can take these vitamins to increase your energy:

- CoEnzyme Q
- Vitamin B complex
- Vitamin C
- Multivitamin

You need to find some goals in life. Without goals in life, you will feel listless. Try Jesus, He is the best thing that happens to me. He wants to give you a free gift - gift of salvation. He wants to give you purpose and energy.

Try going to a United Pentecostal Church (www.upci.org). There are many who are healed of depression and lack of energy there. They have got the real thing.

Keep your thoughts positive. A negative mindset keeps you tired.

There is a possibility that you get depressed at something or you could also be distressed. I advise you to give sometime to relax and rest. I have that too.

guess your problem has to do with how long you workout.. maybe you're stressing out your body that's why you always feel tired and lazy..

Try to drink vitamins so it will help you to have more energy. Also eat nutritious food. Like vegetables, fruits, etc. You have to eat balance diet. Get enough sleep.

you are eating junk food, you go for Dr.advise and change your life style, food and take vitamins etc.you will be fine

Your body is changing on many levels. Do not feel bad in anyway rather try to understand whats going on inside your body.
In this age- you are stepping into YOUTH and your body, bones, brain and harmone levels are changing on very fast pace.

Your muscle to fat proportion along with physiological changes are going inside on full throttle.

There is nothing to worry and you are going thgouh normal growth and all these symptoms you have mentioned are normal and we all goes through this.

If you require any further information- do not hesitate to discuss it here or have some study on these subjects- it is wonderful feeling to understand your own body !
