I got really drunk last night and threw up?!
Question: I am also on antidepressants and feel totally hungover, unlike any other feeling i ever had I wanted to cry i felt so bad.... I'm over it now but does anyone else had similiar feeling when drinking alcohol

You should never drink alcohol while taking meds. If you are on meds for depression then you have a depression problem. Alcohol is a depressant. That means, contrary to what drinkers think, it will depress you even more, not make you happier or carefree. While on meds, the alcohol may even cause more intense depression like symptoms. Think of this the next time you consider drinking.
okay the next morning of your hangover sip some beer it will ease your pain.
I don't drink, but I DO know that you are NEVER supposed to drink while on Antidepressents....
yeah, that happens. Try to remember to drink water and sober up a bit before bed, that helps to not have such a hangover the next day.
yeah, I'm usually vomiting like hell everytime I used to drink, even after just some beers, I' ve felt like dying, so bad. Alc just doesn' t agree with me so I don't use it anymore.
but that's me.., your problem can be that you drink it while on antidepressants, which is just IDIOTIC.
alcohol is a severe depressant one the initial euphoric stage wears of - and if yo were puking, you were well past that. you should ask your doctor about the compatibility of any drinking, especially binge drinking like that, with your medication, as not all medications will interact favorably with even a little alcohol.
Alcohol is a depressant, so it's not surprising you feel like you do. What is making matters worse is the symptoms of the hangover. Make yourself drink lots of water, this may make you more sick in the short term. Once you start feeling better physically, start back on your antidepressant.
Oh yea big time here. Seriously l think its the only reason alcohol is legal. Drink too much you get sick and hungover, built in aversion therapy.
Been there done that many times and I'm not on any sort of prescribed meds either. One of the reasons I think cannabis is so much better.

The same thing happened to me -- I drank a lot last night and threw up. However, I'm not on antidepressants. But, I did wake up feeling depressed today. I guess it's because alcohol is a depressant.
I hope you learn your lesson and not touch alcohol anymore. It enslaves you to misery!!! All the beer ads are deceptive!
Antidepressants and alcohol must not mix. If you have any more ill feelings you should see the doctor.

Try this : put lemon into water and drink it. Take lots of salad and fruits. Or try chicken soup (hot). Put a hot towel over your forehead and it should ease off the hangover.
AAHAHHA!!! Beer is not a depressent, it gets me happy to think about it!!! : )!!! I love the buzzed/drunk feeling, and even though the next day is F*CING H*LL, it's worth it!!! I'm not depressed though, so...I guess this doesn't apply to me...

when you drink enough to barf, it is called alcohol poisoning, your body is trying to stay alive by ridding itself of the poison.
now you are dehydrated, keep sipping cool water, even if you cant keep it down.
