well it kinda depends on what your depressed about?
well all i know is just dont waste your time dwelling on the bad things. listen to "happy music" , well not tellytubies , That'll just make your more depressed, :P naa. well just gradually switch to different types of music or just try find less depressing songs that are in the same genre that you like.
Watch comedy moives and stuff, well it'll make you laugh but i dont think it'll stop you from being angry bt still lol. ooorrrr you could try talking to sumwun, or go see someone or someone really close to you...

Not sure if i was much help but yea..

Turn the music off if it is making everything worst. Now think of all the people that love you and call one of them to talk about old times.

stop listening to depressing music

hey u can answer some Q'ns like me.....
good luck...

listening to uplifting music and dancing alone, singing

ooooohh tacossss

cutyour wrist up and down not left to right

get a nap and when you wakes up you (might) forget some depressing things

Crystal meth

Well, first of all, don't listen to depressing music!! =( Listen to some cheerful tunes instead. And don't dwell on sad, depressing thoughts. Think of things that make you happy. Do something to take your mind off of what's depressing/pissing you off. Do something random like drawing or something! [=

do calisthenics and cardio. pushups work for people in prison, they can work for you too.

watch a movie, take a nap, hang out with friends

go talk to a counciler and stop listenin to depressin music

TURN OFF THE MUSIC, GO OUTSIDE MEET OTHER PEOPLE...READ BOOKS...WATCH COMEDY MOVIE...

Come move co cali with me!!! I'm running away.

Hey, life sucks for everyone, it's all about what you make of it. Do something different, surprise yourself.

think of something that cheers you up or play a game or something and stop listening to that depressing music

Write in your journal about how you feel. Ditto about turning off the depressing music. People love you even when you aren't lovable, think of how you can tell them you appreciate their friendship. Grab the cat or dog and cuddle with it.

i'll start with a joke.

Two guys are drinking at a bar. The first says "Do you ever start thinking about something, and when you go to talk, you say something you don't mean?" The Second guy says "Yeah, I was at the airport buying plane tickets, and the chick behind the counter had these huge ****, and instead of asking her for 'two tickets to Pittsburgh' I asked for 'two tickets to Titsburgh' The First guy says, "Yeah, well I was having breakfast with my wife last week, and instead of saying 'Honey can you please pass me the sugar?', I said 'You've ruined my life you FCUKING BIITCH'

now.. look at this

and then dance as they dance.. ur wont feel pissed + let's face it, it is fun.

Saaaz - thank you

Why are you angry? If you know why, fix it. Your depression will then leave. You'll be able to listen to any type of music after that and not be effected.

But, you have to address why you're pissed and get rid of it.

Reach out instead of inside.

Help a friend. Get outside of yourself.

It probably won't "cheer" you up but it will soothe the savage beast that is hounding you.

And if the inertia is too strong, at least CHANGE the type of music!
