Has she seen Chuckie?

I don't know the name but it could be that the faces on the dolls creep her out. I used to be like that, but not now. So she'll probably grow out of it...

Pediophobia

it's not uncommon to be afraid of dolls and baby dolls especially if you were forced to watch "CHUCKY"

That is called Pedophilia, and it is a rather common fear. It could be something that triggered this when she was very small, that sort of stays with you and may get stronger as she gets older. Try to make her feel more comfortable around them.

she has Pediophobia here is a link that will help you.

I don't know but she has a lot of company. My 38 year old stepson was scared by a clown and he still cannot stand the sight of one.
There have been some scary movies with dolls.
I think the best way to get over it is by frequent exposures to the scary person, place or thing.

Was she ever frightened about or with dolls? Have you ever taken her to the doctor about it? Maybe, some kind of help could help her deal with things like that. Therapy could possible change her to where she would like dolls or at least not be afraid of them.

I do not know how old your sister is, but have you tried talking to her about this situation. Be open minded about it and try to tell her to open up to just you. Pray about it. God is a wonderful resource on these issues. She will always look up to you if you just take it slow trying to help her. Also you might ask the school couselor for some suggestions. Best of luck on this.

It is called Coulrophobia. Dr Phil dealt with this the lady had to desensitise herself by watching actual clowns put on their clown makeup
