I do the same thing it sucks but i can help you! First you must understand the natural biological clock. It differs between people but is about the same in most. It last about 15 hours for u it sounds like 14 then you sleep for 10 that's OK try to sleep 9 but 10 hours is still OK. In fact right now I'm trying to fix my problem the answer is to not sleep it sucks for about 3 days. When I say not to sleep i mean this don't sleep at 7 am stay up As long as you can lets say 3:00 pm then crash for 8 hours now its 11 pm. Then do it again stay up until 3 or 4 pm
now your body needs make up sleep you might sleep for 11 hours hopefully you Wake up around 2 or 3 in the morning. If you
do that's great now stay up as long as possible like 8 pm sleep now all of the sudden its 5 in the morning and your awake and refreshed not dead tired. Doing all of this isn't that hard, keeping with your new sleep schedule is i find it hard to continue to sleep at 8 pm but you must stick with it for 30 days and your set. Hope this helps because you need the sun staying up all nigh is bad for health!

I have a job that affects my sleeping pattern regularly. I don't often get to bed at the same time, and sleep short hours, and sometimes I get to sleep long hours. So I've had some experience with this. I always find it hard to go to sleep earlier, in your case 7 am. However, try getting up earlier. You are sleeping 10 hours, after all. Try getting up at 3, which would be 8 hours. Push that back to 2, and so forth, until you start getting tired earlier. You can start to change it slowly, by the hour or so. I've also found that sometimes I don't feel tired, but I force myself to lay in bed and usually I fall asleep quickly. Hope this helps!
