How can I get some counseling w/o insurance?!
Question: I recently lost my health coverage and w/ my new job it will be months b4 I regain any coverage. Cobra is way too expensive so plz don't even go there! I am dealing w/ a close friend w/ terminal illness and many many other major life changes. I want to start the New Year w/ a fresh perspective on things... Are there any programs out there for single, working, young women? I know if I wasn't working things would be free....

Most large to major cities have county and/or city agencies that will help. They will usually charge based on your income and dependants. Call the Salvation Army, they should know of what is available or who to call.
might try some of the places and see if they are doing intakes some go by your income.
