14 year old mid life crisis?!


Question: hey im having a type of mid life crisis....i cant really explain it but i feel like i havent accomplished enough or something im unsure

Honey its just hormones...ride it out,,,,it will get better...promise...

It's called angst. Angst is a German word for "teenagers whose hormones are going crazy". Ha. Just kidding. But seriously, it is a teen thing. I hate to say it, but you will be completely insane for about the next 3-6 years. After that things should start to calm down.
Just try to look on the bright side. Being a teenager is hard for everyone. You will be just fine in the long run.

Maybe it means you'll only live till you're 28.

No, you will not live until the age of 28 haha.
But yeah it is just hormones. Don't worry. Do something else other than Myspace or crap like that. Perhaps sports or excercise, games, things that will take your mind off things.

3) Anxiety neurosis

Have a word with your doctor.

It could also be stress induced.

You are way too young to be having a midlife crisis. You are probably having normal teenage feelings about life and the future. Most of your life is still to come and it's hard to picture the future. You are still trying to figure out who you are and where you fit in. Don't worry.....things will fall into place and make sense soon. Try to relax and have some fun. You're still a kid. There will be plenty of time later in your life to worry about such things.

Try to find a friend that may be feeling the same way you do so that you can talk about the things that are bothering you.
