First of all, your English is better than 99% of those who call English their native tongue and participate in this forum, no need to apologize for that!
There are many categories and sub-categories that you can use for stupid questions. However, there is no "Stupid Questions" category, (I wish there were!) so you have to find the subject that your stupid question would fall under. Here are some choices:

Entertainment & Music / sub-category - Jokes & Riddles
Etc.
