Tell God, even if you aren't religious, it helps to actually express it to someone. Find a quiet place like a beach or a forest or a nice park, and then share your secret with the spiritual one-ness around you.
Might sound silly but even for those that are not religious, this has been known to help them.

yes, about four people know though. And now i wish i hadn't told one of those people. Stupid me...it involved doing the right thing but hurting someone i cared for at the same time........
Everybody has those. I know for a fact that I do. In all honesty, you should just let it out. You will feel a lot better.

I used to. Then I met my wife and had to tell her . She married me anyways.
A few people I trust know but it could break up a 25 year marriage so it will stay where it is and yes it does disrupt my life, mostly mentally at times it's getting easier as it was 9 years ago.
I think everyone has deep secrets. Some people tell who ever happens to be walking by, while others keep it in until they implode.
