Why do I feel crappy?!
Question: I feel so crappy right now. I am sitting here and typing this when I am home from school on vacation and should be happy. But no I haven't ate breakfast and last night I saw the movie I am ledgend and I am wicked creeped out right now. Because there was only people infected with cancer alive with that guy. They chased after him. Thats why I am creeped out. I sort of feel depressed. What do I do?

paige you should go for a walk it makes me feel better or take a nap and for the love .........dont be scared of the movie its no realty and its not going to happen to us well the cancer might but zombies no!
Hit the Epiphany that Zombies aren't real and Cancer will never be cured properly.
Get distracted by something else and your mood will change. Listen to music, take a walk, watch something happy on TV, just answer some questions on here, play a game, read a magazine, read a book, call someone, talk to someone, eat breakfast, and forget about the movie, it's not reality.
Exercising releases 'happy hormones' and also chocolate is proven to make you feel happy, apparently but I'm not so sure..
What I do is put on my ipod and go for a walk no matter what the weather, my favorite music and the combination of being outside in the sun usually makes me feel much better. I also call a freind sometimes just to say hello. I havent seen the movie yet but i'm going this evening to see it. I'll let u no how it makes me feel (-:
