Over the counter pain killers??!
Question: ok, so i have been getting migranes due to some new anti-depressants im on, and i have been popping ibprophen like crazy. i take the prescription strength every couple hours. but i need to know if taking that much will kill me? what is the biggest dose i can take without harming myself?

The biggest risk of ibuprofin is stomach damage. I actually developed an ulcer which my doctor attributed to long-term ibuprofin use (for chronic pain). Chances are, your doctor can prescribe a different pain killer, or better yet, a migrane medicine or different antidepressant.
The highest dose of ibuprofin I was ever on was 2000mg per day, although according to drugs.com the maximum human dose is 4 doses of 800mg (3200mg total). Trust me, the ulcer isn't worth it. At the very least take it with food.
tell the doctor and don't take to many ...the doctor will tell you and doesn't it tell you on the label on how many to take.?
you need to call your doctor and he/she'll most likely switch you to another antidepressant that might suit your body's chemistry better.
Taking too much ibuprofen is dangerous to your kidneys among other things.
