Heavens no! I think it's great to see someone who wants to do something they have a talent for everyday. Hypergraphia means you write constantly. You cannot see a piece of paper - envelopes, wallpaper, paper bag, paper towel -- without writing on it. Your room is filled with notes about everything. shopping lists, letters you will never send, lists of names, your name written over and over. If this is you, seek help. If it isn't, have fun writing! Write something every day and stretch your imagination.

Holy ****, no. Just cause you enjoy it. Hypergrafia is more along the lines of an intense need/addiction to write. As in, you have to. Not you like to or want to. It's a need.

Hypergraphia? wowwwwwwww people have come up with some very weird addictions :-S need to write... I wonder what that feels like... Once I think I saw someone who's afraid of water :-S so I wonder, does he or she bath? :-S

hypergraphia is an overwhelming urge to write, and is related to manic conditions= are you bipolar by chance? if you write instead of eat, go to work, etc. then you might have a case. others might call it 'inspired' though, so it isn't always a bad thing.

Since you want to make a living at it, I'd call it practice. Perhaps you should take a writing course at your local community college or join a writers group to give your writing more purpose and direction, and you'd get the feedback you need to really improve.
