I usually try a "sensory relaxation" technique where you take in all of your senses (smell, taste, touch, see, hear). While running a bath, use these senses to calm yourself and relax. Especially good if you have some soothing music in background and some candles, etc. Try this with the rain also.

excersice or walk

Sit back, read, listen to music, focus on your breathing, just relax. Get away from the situation.

Oh, stress really sucks. I have a lot of stress and anxiety disorders, so I can relate.
Here are some suggestions:
If the stress brings on frustration and anger, try holding your pillow against your face and screaming, punching or hitting your pillow or bed, throwing your pillow, or anything to get the anger and energy out that won't cause damage.
If the stress brings on sadness and depression, try laying on your bed with absolutely nothing going on in the background, take your pillow, hug it, and just cry into it. Let it all out, even talk to yourself as if you were talking to a therapist. Eventually you'll calm down, and after that, instead of going back to what stressed you, try just going to sleep, taking a warm bubble bath, or anything that soothes you. Anti-depressants (if you have them) would work as well.
Also, I'd suggest looking at this website I'm listing as a source. I've referred to it for so many things I lost count.

Hope I could be of some help for you. Good luck. :)

here's my favorite way to de-stress:

turn OFF you phone (or at least put it on silent & out of your sight)
run a really hot bath (as hot as you can comfortably take)
get in the bath, lay down, and just zone out. let yourself drift off into that half-asleep state.
when you feel the water starting to get cool, wake yourself up & get out..
you should be feeling much better!

xoxo

think of things that were funny in past times if you dont you might go bald in certain spots of your head like my second oldest brother

Watch a movie, call a friend, turn the radio on and sing a song, take a bubble bath, read a book, just concentrate on doing something else.

GOOD LUCK

if you feel like crying then go ahead, it might relieve some of da stress.

have sex.

things I like to do. depending on mood. and maybe all of these. first I love to hit a punching bag. I like to get in my car and scream at the top of my lungs when no one else is around. I also like to do breathing and stretching meditation, like yoga,. it is so so so good for mental, physical, and emotional stress. but is has to be quiet and only the sound of your breathing and you must tell yourself positive things with each breath, like I am a warrior, I am loyal, I am peace, that kind of thing. then at night after a long day, I always get my dogs and I go slow walking up my deserted road. no one is around, and I just take in deep breaths, and think thing through. this always winds me down. also I like sitting in a dark living room, when everyone is alseep. I turn out the lights, and I just sit on the couch. this always helps so much. I too have a very stressfull life, and this is an on going thing and I am always having to refocus myself, but it dose help. also make sure you are exercising during your normal day, and eating right. this alone makes a big difference, and if you only do it for two weeks perfectly you will see for yourself the amazing difference between the two life styles. good luck

Yeah, I feel you. I hate being stressed. I just let myself cry until I can't anymore, and then just relax, and read a good book or watch a movie.
