Talk to him or get an adult to ask point blank if he is taking his meds. Also, you didn't mention how long he's been taking meds but I know from personal experience that certain drugs used in the mental health field can take well over a month to build up to therapeutic levels and have any real effect. Good luck and you're a good sister for being concerned about his welfare.
