you may need medications ((changed my life!))

some people are unsure of meds and if you are then i tell you to just start out slow and go into public places until your anxiety is gone. its gonna suck, but if your strong it will pay off.

well as talk to people.

Years ago my boyfriend invited a VIP to dinner. I was really anxious about meeting him, not knowing what to say or do. My boyfriend told me to picture the VIP guy naked or in ridiculous situations. I did it and the evening was great, I got on with him and enjoyed the evening. I guess this brought on my sense of humour and made me feel more relaxed.

mediate, and do breathing exercises. those are really good to help......
