How can I become more self confident,?!

once you learn to love yourself for who you are, no matter what others think, self confidence will follow... its easier said than done for most people, but you have to keep believing in yourself and stay true to who you are, and eventually you'll learn to handle criticism from others with ease.

Believe in yourself

Work out. You'll feel better about yourself and get in shape!

Then lose the weight. Exercise daily and start a healthier diet.

maybe if you're happy you will lose some weight

Stop looking at your weight as numbers...look at your shape, do you like it?? focus on your assets... You're probably a nice person who people like to be around... think of what your friends think of you and not what you think the mirror says... Mirrors are bad... they often lie.

That is normal, it happens during the winter, I can talk about myself really, soon as spring comes I drop down my weight quick as, so don`t worry. In the winter as normal, we feel like eating more as is cold and you don`t go out much because of the weather, but soon as starts warming up you should get back to normal, unless your really heavy... Then you should ask your doctor some exercise therapy or some diet pills, or even a diet list so you learn how to eat healthily.

I know that is better for me not to eat oily stuff, red meat, potatoes, rice, mash potato, and drink fizzy stuff...xx

Oh! And when your hungry eat proper food, instead of sweets or chocolates, that is the worst you can do... If you do so, do it once in a while;-)

I also cycle, when I want to get my shape back on track;-))

umm well if your concerd about your wait the only one who can get rid of it is you try eating healthier and join a gym or if you dont have time to go to the gym try goin for a walk ever after noon just around you block

Look in the mirror and tell yourself how smart, pretty, and great you are. I used to do that.

Just look in the mirror and say:

"I am __________."

or

"You are __________."

One day you might get conceited lol

oh come on.you are you. no one else is like you,what makes you different make you beautiful. why beat yourself. just enjoy the life you have been allotted,keep it simple and easy,or you can sit around feeling sorry for yourself as your life passes you by, tuff love ain't easy but usually true,wake up and smell the roses.

there is really one thing that gains you confidence.. that is past achievents in which you weer succesfull............ so if you never play the game.... like asking out girls.. you will always be a wuss...... lol!.. note my language.... get ticked at me if you wish, but it was intended to motivate you I am thinking your competitive masculine nature would kick in here....

There's a little book out there called, "The Secret". It is about, on one level of getting what you want - ie self confidence - and then it is about visualizing, giving thanks and a couple of other whammies. Then, as you use it, it works on you and your life. Skip the DVD unless you hate to read and start keeping the journal that is recommended in there. (Go You Tube for almost the whole film on line)
As you work out the secret for yourself, funny things happen - you become more focused on your path. Not a bad thing, but it will slam you in your face with the reality that you have ignored.

So that's the secret. Try it for thirty days and you will transform your life. Be careful what you wish for.
