Feeling like having a good long, hard cry?!


Question: I am under a lot of stress right now, and feeling unwanted by most of my friends, among other things. My head hurts and I want to have a good, long hard cry.

If I could do that, I would feel emptier.

The feelings are there, but they won't come out.

Any suggestions?

Try this, it's great at letting things flow out of you. It's even better than crying, though you should be able to cry once you're done if you still want to.

Do the entire sequence once a day until you feel you are able to control your muscle tensions. Be careful: If you have problems with pulled muscles, broken bones, or any medical contraindication for physical activities, consult your doctor first.
