How should I ask my psychiatrist what he thinks my diagnoses are?!
Question: I am feeling nervous about seeing my psych in a couple days. Would it be okay to ask him what my diagnosis is and how should i say it? Does it matter, or should I ask my therapist instead? I always feel so nervous before because I never understand what he really thinks of me. Is there something wrong with me? My psychiatrist has never discussed my diagnoses with me. I think he thinks Im schizotypal and antisocial.

Just say I would like to know what my diagnosis is/are., please. I would like to educate myself more on these diagnoses but I need to know what they are. thank you.... if you don't want to do that ask the receptionist, they look at the file and can give you the diagnoses, or at least MINE doctor's receptionist did......
