How to stop from sinking into a deep depression.?!
Question: I can feel myself going back to my regular depression. I was happy for almost 2 days. I've been trying to fight it but my pessimistic personality taking a blow from a rejection. I feel like going to the store two bottles of arbor mist. Taking a long nap that I don't awake from. NOTHING ******* HELPS. I take antidepressants they ******* double the goddamn dosage **** it all.

Hi..please don't get always depressed anymore...if that is your real self speaking, can't you see many caring hearts here for you? Things aren't all perfect. We should all grow from it. Isn't it everything has a purpose and significant reasons in life? Get up and be well dear!
You were happy for a couple of days, so rejoice in that...you will be happy for a couple of days again! It seems to me that that would mean that the anti depressants are helping, or that something is helping at any rate. Absolutely nobody is happy 100% of the time. Before you give up on life, reflect on this. Look forward to having more happy days because you know you can.
Hello.. I have borderline personality disorder. I struggle with depression in my life. I am a Christian and born again and I believe that Jesus is the way out of your depression. Sure I still struggle with it but I no longer get scared that it will beat me, instead i know that i beat it everytime.
