From what I've heard, it sounds like your probably depressed. You should tell your parents or someone you know about it. I'm thirteen, and I have depression. Medication has been helping a lot for me. I advise you to try medication. Thanks to it I've been feeling a lot better. Exercise and omega3 fish oil are supposed to help get rid of depression too. Good luck!

well first you need to calm down and talk about your feelings to a family member or a friend or every a theripist. try modeling something that you like maybe that will help you start feeling happy about your models. If you are feeling sad then try playing with friends or family. Hopefully this will help you get back on track.

get yourself to a yoga class a couple of times a week. yoga changed my life.

Hun, have you gotten your period yet? if no, that might be it, so many changes in your hormones makes you feel like crap.
If yes, then what i can tell you is just to relax, get on the floor when its quiet and meditate, breathe and clear up your mind, remember how pretty you are, how many good things you're blessed with and life is not always pink with unicorns so get used to the sad moments and troubles, solve them and get over it.

It may seem scary, but it's really pretty normal. It may even be a sign of maturity that you are looking at the serious aspects of life while you are still a child.

Talk to someone about it. A parent, whichever one you are closer to, or a sibling or a friend. It could also be a counselor or minister.

You are at a stage in your life where you are going through a lot of changes. You will see things very differently even day to day.

I was really bad at 12 years old... you should read some of my poems... they were all about death!!! Keep a diary, write what worries you and share these thoughts with some-one you really, really trust. As dorky as it sounds, have trust your parents and turn to them if you can. Last but not least, it has been found that people who are involved in community groups, and help other people out by volunteering and stuff, are usually more content.

Keep yourself away from all these thoughts, which can be done by keeping yourself occupied.this will divert your mind. The solution of depression doeesnot begin from medication it begins from the victim itself. You should try and fight your way out.Watch comedy movies, read books, socialise.Try and stop watching movies that depresses you

the things that you have to ask before you diagnose yourself with depression:
"how long have i've been feeling this way?"
"was there a reason that might contribute for this feeling?"
"how frequent? constantly or occasionally?"

if you're just feeling this way for about a week on certain occasions. or only having this feeling when you watch a sad movie or your pet died the other day or you haven't seen you're crush this week, then you're perfectly normal.

although there is no clear reason, it is perfectly normal for a girl (even for some boys) who is approaching adolescent years to feel more emotional and there are variety of things why you feel this way. it can be your feelings of intense emotions are not yet mature, and might get a "hang over" from these emotions. or it could also be the way your parents treat you. your parents are now having crises on how should they gradually treat you: the transition from treating you as a child to treating you as an adult. it is also possible that you are learning new emotions that you heven't felt before and a little confused on how you should really feel-- and that feeling might be interpreted in a wrong way, like loneliness. and the reasons are not limited to these.

in this period, you will be more emotional when you're always by yourself, so hanging out with your friends a little more could help. or if there is a special reason for this (like family and friendship issues) or didn't find these things helpful, you can always seek help from you guidance counselor, or from a nonjudgmental and helpful adult.

you don't need medication just look forward hey i'm going through it as well i'm thinking that i'm going into a depression but you are not just keep on looking forward one day you'll feel extreme happiness particularly all you have to do is watch anime i do it when i go in this state and suddenly before you know it you become happy hope japanese anime works for you too!

I read this, and to me your thinking about things a lot and pondering about them seems just like you're growing up and maturing, which is a good thing considering I don't know how many kids these days can think. The constant thoughts, and the feelings though could be good or bad. If it's constant all the time and interfering with your life (like the modeling thing), then you may want to talk to someone you trust, i.e. a parent, a friend's parent, a pastor, a teacher, etc. If it continues to get worse than you may want to get into counseling through your school. If that's no help, then see if a parent can take you to a counseling center in your area. The only reason you'd get meds is if you went to see a psychiatrist, but a counselor or psychologist can't prescribe, so you're free and clear there. If you do end up at a psychiatrist's office for some reason, or someone prescribes you medication, all you have to tell them is that you want to see if you can deal with your situation without medication. If they refuse to deal with you if you don't take the meds, then tell your parents you need to switch docs. I hope this helps you out some.

Well everyone has to be nostalgic sometime in their life... Take me for example. To be honest I'm a very paranoid person so when I see/feel something bad I get all paranoid & keep to myself. I guess since you're 12 i suspect you're going through hormonal changes. Sometimes PMS occurs, you get moody for no reason or for something small (mom nags a lil you get mad), it's all part of the body.

You need to let go of these negative thoughts, cos they're the ones pulling you down. I'm sometimes like this, but you gotta remain happy. You're only 12 honey! Be free & happy. When you turn 15 you'll realise how important being 12 is;D Enjoy life, do fun stuff & don't think of unhappy things. Seriously.

If you wanna be happy, count your blessings not misfortunes honey.

God bless:) I'm sure it'll be okay.

Go ride your bicycle, help around the house by doing some cleaning or something, do what you are suppose to do
