I'm with you. But then again it is the anniversary of my mother's death.
Even besides that though, I worry about accidents, and drunk driving and all that. People are idiots and hurt other's on days like this.

I am not that excited either...
probably because my stepdad broke his leg yesterday and we cant go to the party that we were supposed to because of it.. and i am bored.
I'm sure you are not the only one. A lot of people see new years as a new beginning, but some see it as a nother year of stress. I hope you have a great new year and I hope your new year is better then this one!

People look at New Years as a time to start over. To some that is a reason to be happy. If making changes is stressful to you then just ignore all the hoopla. But I do wish you a happy new year.
Of course you aren't the only person to feel the way you do. I don't feel that way, but then I may not be as depressed as you might be.

same here... even though i'm just 12.... i still feel bored no matter what holiday it is.... i wud feel much better with a party.. but since i live in florida... it feels like a regular day

I'm really not too excited about New Years. I'm just home watching TV...not ding anything special. Tomorrow I'll spend most of the day watching college football and relaxing. New Years Eve is overrated. Sometimes it's sad because it reminds me of the things I wasn't able to accomplish for the year that's ending.
im with ya. all of my friends left me to go to all my other friends partys and even my parents left me to go to some comedy show
