As hard as it is you need to focus on the future and let go of the past. It is very easy to change the person you are just by what you are exposed to.
Take a positive outlook on life, believe in yourself and take good care of yourself.
Good luck

Do the things you used to do. Scrap your daily routine.

Get in touch with your "real friends" spend some time with them. They will remind you of who you are. Also, do things that make you laugh.

first of all, identify the points of difference between the person u once WERE and the person u ARE now. list out such differences. once this is done, analyse each difference- whether it has been for ur good or bad. if the difference is for the good , don't change urself regarding that matter. if the difference is for the bad, thn think of the various means available to you to overcome the difference and choose the most practical method to change urself. for example- if one difference in you as against ur past self is tht u started smoking, ur analysis would be tht it has had a negative impact on you. ur goal is to stop smoking so tht u can be ur old self again. the most practical means to acheive this would be to go to rehab centre etc.

lastly, a piece of advice-let bygones be bygones.focus on the future.i appreciate ur decision to look past the bad and be happy this new and promising year. so all the best and a HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU

Kill yourself.
Only way.
