Anxiety when trying to save money?!
Question: I am planning to save money up to 1 year spending in cash by leaving it in the saving bank account. Currently I already have 6 months cash in saving plus 401K. Somehow I have anxiety feeling about this saving plan. Why am I worried? I should not! Funny, but when I went out spending money, doing charity and having fun without thinking much about saving, I was totally happy!
There has been some layoff in the company, but I know I am safe for at least 1 more year here, and I am good/knowledgeable in my field, I have no problem getting a job after that. Why is this sad, unsettling, anxiety feeling?

What IF syndrone - Everyone gets it from time to time
Is very difficult to answer, but if it makes you feel any better, I had money and was never able to save it. I even invested in properties, but then sold them and everything was lost. Now, all I have are debts! See if you manage to be wiser than I! Invest in properties because they never lose value, carry on helping those in need and because of that, God will protect your investments for you are a good human being! How could you feel any better?
