I know how it feels. I have depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, horrible panic attacks, anxiety disorders, and I am bi polar, as well as trichotillomania. All of these I have learned to deal with over the past few years. It's daunting at first, but you need to learn your own way of settling yourself down. It's different for everyone. I found counseling to be relaxing at first, but then it just seemed too troublesome. Now, I use art, whether it be writing, painting, or music. It has helped me a lot. When I feel as though I'm beginning to have a panic attack, I have a small sketchbook I bring with me everywhere, and I sketch.

Good luck, I know it's tough!

my brother has what you have........ he hung out with some people and he is a better person. also, he punches holes in walls when he gets angry (which is better then taking out his anger on me, but still bad) and just went back on medication. try hanging around people that like you for who you are, and care about you.

Try dipping into the drug culture. That should take your mind off of things for a while. Maybe a little LSD ...

or write all of your fears and anxieties on paper and resolve them on your own

Try finding a talk-therapy counselor that you feel comfortable going to or at least talking with on the phone. There may even be a therapist who can come over to your house for the sessions. You may also need an adjustment in your meds so that your brain doesn't go haywire.

Also, please make sure that your close friends and family are in on this. They can really help with getting the help that you need, even if it's just giving you a big hug now and then. A counselor can also help them with what they may be experiencing with your situation.

Hope you feel better soon.

hey,
Panic attacks can be very bad for a person, i tell you this because i know how it's , anyway i read an article about that subject talking about the symptoms of panic attacks and i matched 4 of the symptoms with what was happening with me, and that was major, this article was very useful for me, as i bought the book and the audio CD that helped me later to get over panic attacks and these days i don't recall getting panic attacks anymore , here's the link to the article: http://www.amazines.com/article_detail.c...
well read the article carefully and I hope it helps.
