Panic attacks? What was this??!

Question: Today we were doing fairly simple problems and I only had to find the measure of the angle and then tell which side of the angle was the longest... (10th grade honors, I struggle some in it)

I was called on and immidetely got nervous. I said the wrong answer twice and just got more and more nervous and couldn't even subtract two simple numbers because I was getting so nervous. Finally after like a minute (very very embaressing) the teacher was like "just look up, don't look at the page" and said it outloud and I got it.

I don't know whether it was embaressment or a panic attack or what. But my face got all red, I was sweating really bad all of a sudden/got really hot, and my heart was racing and it was just very very embaressing...

It's about 1/2 to 45 minutes after (LUCKILY it was near the endish of class) and I'm still slightly trembly and shaky. I have a really bad headache too I think from the rush of adrenaline.

Just a mind-blank turned embaressing?? Or????

it might be an anxiety attack. Or it might not. Has this ever happened before? meet ur school counselor if this happens even one more time. All the best!

a panick attack is basiclly fainting in a very bad way it gives a big jurk to your neck which means pain for life!

Sounds like a simple anxiety attack and it can happen to anyone. Don't be so hard on yourself. It can be because you were tired. And sometimes too much sugar or caffeine can bring on anxiety.Try some deep breathing and exercise like stretching or Yoga just to relax daily. If it does persist, see your doctor for some blood work. And if it is just anxiety, it will pass!
