When you feel down, do you talk to someone or just keep it to yourself?!

Definitelt talk about it, makes you feel better when you dont have it all bottled up inside.

Primarily I keep things to myself and Deal With It....however, if my wife notices something is bugging me I will share with her and most often get very good input in handling whatever it is. Obviously it must be THE person who I fully trust, with 'trust' being the key item.

Keep it to myself. I know it's not good to keep everything bottled inside, but that's the way it's always been. They come to me for advice and a shoulder to cry on, and I have nobody to turn to. No, I'm the girl who, although quite shy, always keeps that smile on her face. Because my problems never get to me, of course.

Truth is, I've been used, been hurt too many times. I don't trust a single soul anymore. I'm mad at myself for always being nice, even to those who really don't deserve it, even to those who should be hated for what they did to me. But when all that hurt keeps piling up, something just shuts off inside and everybody you meet, you can just imagine the day they betray you. So you stop trusting everybody. And there's nobody to talk to when you're feeling down.

I talk to my boyfriend, my mom, or my best friend.

Both, it depends.
