weight gain is common with most antidepressant medications. I gained 20lbs while on celexa. The weight gain sucks, but I would rather be heavier than in the hell that is depression.

Weight gain goes hand in hand with olanzapine use. It's the most common side effect and the one most often complained about. You have to be sooo strict with what you eat to stay at the same weight.

Plus, you might want to check what dose you're on. Typically the maximum recommended is 20mg per day.
