Well...by definition a "fetish" does indicate something that can be slightly or severely abnormal, so I guess you need to determine if the guys you are talking about just have an attraction to a woman's feet, or if it is the sole object of their desire when being intimate.
If you are attracted to these guys because they are attracted to you, that seems pretty normal. You appear to simply be responding to their attention, which is quite normal, but again, depends on the level of their attraction. If your attraction is greater when they are more abnormal, then I would worry more...make sense?

I mean, not the norm but when it comes to attraction there are no rules. It's definitely a pretty specific proclivity. It's no weirder than being attracted to people who are attracted to... you. Which is what I suffer from! I think that's called vanity. :)
