Mouthwash or minty chewing gum/boiled sweet. The mintiness kills off the appetite.
Is there anyone else in the house? You could request for someone to bring you two apples and a mug of tea or coffee.
Coffee is an appetite supressant.
Other than that, you could rush into the kitchen at top speed, grab two apples, and then run upstairs. Don't pause for thought.

dude, don't do it.

If you want it that bad try smoking on an empty stomache. This will reduce your stomach requiring less to fill up

think about your kiddies

Undress and then stare at your body in the mirror.

I chew really minty gum when I don't wanna eat.

umum I don't know. The only thing stopping me from eating now, is typing this response to you!

Exercise -- I know! I know! -- exercise sucks, but get out of your house and walk around the block. The urge will pass. I swear. I do the same thing. If you really, really don't want to binge, get up and go right now.

fill your fridge with fruits instead.

As bad as I might want to prevent you from hurting your body by binging I can not influence your decision to not do so.
You are the one that will ultimately make the decision on whether or not you do so. I question why you would post this in the tone you did knowing well enough the type of people who troll these forums looking for someone to flame/abuse.

Makes me question whether you were looking for support or looking for someoen to give you the final push you needed to just go at it.

I sincerely hope you wont give into these urges.
I suggest you set an appointment with a counselor, yahoo answers is not a healthy place to seek support and will likely do more to influence the negative behaviors then prevent them as I'm sure you realize.

Good luck.

Go in the bathroom with an apple and some comet.
Lock the door.
Drink half a glass of water, eat half the apple.
Start scrubbing the bathtub.
When the bathtub's done, do the walls. Then the toilet.
Then drink another 1/2 glass of water.
Eat the rest of the apple.
Scrub the sink, the mirrors, refold the towels. Re-organize the cupboards and the medicine cabinet.
When you feel under control (the apple is essential to help with this!).. you can come out again.

One of the best things to do is drink water...I know sounds weird, but hunger can sometimes be a side effect of thirst for actual water. Drink a couple glasses now, but then tomorrow really try hard to work in at least the 8 glasses rule if not 10 to 12, really, and if you can't stand water, add some lemon or some of those flavor packets by crystal light. It really does work!!!! :) Much success your way. Happy guzzleing!!!

go read a book

seriously, though, if you wait an hour, you won't feel as hungry.

Put a BIG note on your fridge to go for a walk instead of snacking, doesn't have to be far just round the block would do, it works I've done it myself.

No. No one but you can stop yourself.

Only YOU can stop you from doing that.

Go and have a bath. Put some moisturising lotion on.... or go for a walk. You dont need anything in the fridge right now. Cmon. Work through this craving. You can! it will pass.... just think of the regret you could cause yourself..... its horrible (i should know) i have faith in you to do it!!!!!! BE STRONG!

YES! Hopefully anyway...
Tried and tested method - go out and buy a set of those ice lolly makers and your favourite flavoured fruit drink / squash; make up the drink and freeze them, making the most lovely lollies to suck on whenever you need a feeding fix. I buy sugar free squashes and fruit juices for mine; I feel like a kid having a treat, each lolly lasts for ages and the great thing is that it's the same as having a drink.
I don't use these as a replacement for my normal meals by the way, just an enjoyable snack and pass time. Good luck.
