Question: Ok, I have a lot of friends who do drugs, and Im really scared and it freaks me out. cause i know what drugs can do to you and Im not that stupid. lol, seriously? okay well, sorry that took long, okayy weeeell, i have a friend who i love but I found out he does crystal meth>:( OMG i am so mad. Oh and Im a straight A student from 4th grade cuz dats when i moved to america, and IM PRETTY SMART! ok anyways what can crystal meth do to him and can he get away from it,can he stop doing it for me at least,cause I hate seeing him suffer from a piece of crap thats so worthless and just ruining his life. I wanted to see if that drug is highly addictive.'m gonna freak out by some of the answers lol,but be nice?well ok Can he stop doing crystal meth if I told him for example?How do I know if his friends do it by just telling it on there faces?BE SPECIFIC,tell me if that drug can come 2 me if i make contact with him or just hug him or kiss him fo sure. like kiss in the mouth or just the cheek lol

my mom did meth for aabout 3 years. I'm sorry to say but meth fucks you up. It changes you completly! My mom chose her drugs over her 4 kids(her were a newborn, 3,11, and 13 at the time). She abanded us for weeks at a time. And when she'd come back she'd sell stuff of ours to her dealer or make us do things for him or his kids. She would go crazy! She pushed my 13 y/o brother down a flight of stairs once, threw us in the rocks, smacked us around, beat us with a stick, and much more. When she was home she'd put a baby monitor in the living room and if she heard us talking she'd come in and hit us. When you use crystal meth you get scabs all over your body its gross. My mom still has the scars from them. Crystal meth is one of the worst drugs. You need to make your friend get help immediatly or you need to tell an adult( i know it will be hard but think about whats best for him).
Believe me crystal meth is HORRIBLE!!! Everything I said is true! Meth is the only drug I swear to never even lay a hand on! Thas how fuked up it is! If you need to talk you can email me ok.

In my mind it is possibly the worst drug there is. If you value your life you will never try it, not even once.
I had many friends get into it, and they changed from "nice kids" to people who were fully criminals.
Nothing *you* can do will make him stop. If you really care about him you have to tell his family. They may be able to have him "commited" to a treatment facility.
He will need to be "inpatient" for a long while to get clean, and even then he has to "want" to get clean.

umm no u cant get the drug just by contacting him of huging him okay. if he is sick with sum kinda disease which alot of meth heads are than yes u can get that disease from kissing mouth to mouth
The only thing that I can say to you after reading this is that you need to get new friends. This is because you say in your first sentence that you have a lot of friends that use drugs.
Even though you're smart and don't use, being around these people will only hold you down. Set the example by not being around them and doing something positive with your life. maybe at least one of them will catch on.
You shouldn't be around kids who do Drugs, That's a terible influence.
Crystal meth can do a lot of damaged to a person. Their teeth will rotten, hair loss, dry and scaly skin, and SERIOUS BRAIN DAMAGE,. Before confronting him try to find out why he's doing it. Tell an adult too. No it's not transmittable, but I wouldn't want to have that much close contact. No offense but you don't seem really serious about it...with all the "lol"
I've known a few people who have done and still do crystal meth, and let me tell you that if your friend doesn't get out of it soon, he'll have the hardest time getting out of it. It might sound corny and so "after-school special" but doing this drug is so addictive that it will soon just become part of a person's daily routine. Crystal Meth gives you a sense of energy, makes you feel awake and alert. I've known of people who have gone up to 9 days STRAIGHT without sleeping. The problem is the body NEEDS to rest, otherwise your head starts playing games on you and you begin to freak out. But when people come off the high of this drug, they CRASH hard -- meaning they get sooooo exhausted that they could literally sleep for days. Most people get really depressed and take another hit of the drug to get rid of that ugly feeling.
Oh, and no, the drug can't be passed on to you, but let me tell you that you should NEVER do it -- no matter what your friends tell you, that drug will grab you by the balls and not let you go. It's actually very sad.

meth is short for methamphetamine. its a strong stimulant which can make u stay up all night with out feeling tired. its highly addictive, u shouldnt just say u need to quit w/o a plan. theres a good chance he'll need rehab unless he's strong enough to kick it by himself. it can do discusting things to the body physically. if u search something like "meth mouth" on google images something might come up. but be warned it'll probably be hard too look at. similar to a mouth of a person who chews tobacco. i hope u can help ur friend. good luck.
no...it's not a virus, perhaps an addiction but it wont harm you physically, emotionally it will hurt you.....Ask if they use drugs....Talk to them, if you care......Just don't judge them.
Crystal meth is one of the most addictive drugs that there is. You should flat out tell him that if he's going to do that you are not going to be in his life at all. People that have moved into houses that were formally meth labs have developed symptoms of meth, so if you are around him in his house or where he does his meth there is a chance you could be effected. Avoid contact and tell him to get off that DRUG.......it is a horrible drug. When his teeth start to rot out, he loses 30 lbs, can't keep a train of though, and his skin starts to be torn up from his constant scratching you will probably not want to be around him anymore anyway, so you might as well tell him now IT YOU OR THE DRUGS no other CHOICE.......
Well you're in 4th grade and you shouldn't be kissing guys in the mouth thats kind of weird. Anyways, crystal meth is the most dangerous and addictive drug there is. You can tell by his features if hes using it because he will be losing weight a lot and will look like crap. In order to get off that drug he needs to go into rehab or something. It also depends which way he takes the drug because he can end up with a deadly disease for the rest of his life if he takes it with a needle. He needs to be put in jail so that he knows that the drug is messing up his life and from there he can get professional help to get off the drug. The first time you take that drug your already addicted to it, thats how strong it is. He needs help and you need to get away from him because your either going to be using that drug yourself or you're going to get in a lot of trouble with the law which will mess up your future for school. Colleges wont accept criminals and the military wont take in criminals. Becareful and I hope that my answer was a lot of help.
First off, Crystal Meth is a highly addictive stimulant that has some of the same effects as cocaine. It can cause violent behavior, mood swings, and convulsions. And those are just the short term effects. Long term can be a coma, stroke, or death.
Many people actually need to join Crystal Meth Anonymous in order to quit because they can relapse. It is purely up to him if he wants to quit.
As for physical contact with him...I wouldn't recommend kissing him or hugging him. Not because he can pass the drug to you, but because you shouldn't get more involved with someone who is doing something you do not like.
Tell him to stop being so ******* stupid for using hard drugs that can potentially kill him.
Offer him alternatives, like pot, which is practically harmless and one of most (if not that the most) safest drugs you can use and that you can't get physically addicted to.
DO NOT give him ultimatums. DO NOT make him pick between you and the drug directly. Offer slight visual and verbal clues and try to wane him down to "soft" drugs that don't kill (if used correctly) and eventually, if he'll let you, let him come off of all drugs.
from what i understand its a man made drug. Usually those are the worst kind. anyways its extremely addictive. Its gonna be extrememly hard for him to get off it. especially if hes been on it for awhile. The effects are Increased attention, Decreased fatigue, Increased activity, Decreased appetite, Euphoria and rush, Increased respiration and even Hyperthermia. The permanent effects are brain related. The long-term effects can include coma, stroke or death. Its a scary drug! The only only thing u can do is try to get him help. Altho from what i've read its gonna be hard.
