Do I live a healthy lifestyle?!

Question: People always give me a hard time because I'm not social and tend to spend all my free time alone. I'm perfectly fine with that. I don't need human interaction like some people do. The only time I do that is at work, and that's only because I have to.

I am just wondering, what about being with people makes you
so uneasy? I am not presumptuous to try to answer this without some kind of understanding with your hesitancy. I am a very outgoing, extraverted person...while introverted people are usually content just veggin on their own, I cannot understand what the draw to being all alone is? But that makes me want to just know more, because, while someone else may say "your weird" I think you could just be unique in a way that most wouldn't understand. But friends are a good thing, even one or two. Even hanging out ordering a pizza and renting a dvd you hold in common. Nothing major just human interaction. There is a saying, "All work and no play makes (insert your name here), a dull boy (or girl)." But bottom line, if your truly happy, maybe it is your perogative, in which case you needn't ask us our opinions. You are you. But there are dangers in isolating yourself. Be cautious to not ignore that facet of this too. Hope it helps, if you can spare some more detail on this it could be helpful in understanding this better. Take care.

I would say you don't live a healthy lifestyle because part of life is socializing and making friends. Even though you may not feel the need to socialize, you should still try to make friends. It makes life soooo much better =) And since you are at work so much, you can become really close to people there. Good luck!

nobody cares!!

If you are happy and content with life, God bless you! The Lord may be calling you to greatness.

My brother was an executive with a major corporation and he was pretty much a loner. He was a good person, and by all appearances content with life. One evening, as he was returning to his apartment, he stumbled upon an armed robbery in progress. He saved the robbery victim's life, but lost his own in the process. I believe he is a saint in heaven now.

"there is nothing greater that a man can do but to lay down his life for a friend" -- Jesus of Nazareth.

God bless you, my friend, with a long, happy, peaceful, and fruitful life.
