You should tell someone to listen to the words or sounds that you make and when you wake up, try to control your mouth by either doing mouth exercises or eating food.
What are you saying in your sleep, is more to the point? and who has said you are talking in your sleep, If you are sharing a room with a sibling, it could just be a wind up? maybe you called secrete a tape recorder some where?
