How do you get over depersonlization?!
Question: i belive its due to comming off zoloft. I have been on it for six years. I went back up on the dosege about two weeks ago. How do I get myself back. its like i dont remember who i was. will the zoloft get backk into my system and help me again. i take no joy in anything. its like i cant comprhend it any longer.

You can't come off of any psychiatric drug rapidly. I was on an antidepressant for a couple of years and I tried to come off of it with really bad results. Once I got back on the meds, my problems went away within a couple of weeks. I agree that you need to see your doctor soon so they can help you get back on an even keel.
