I need a name for a book?!

Question: I am publishing a book, it is a compilation of emotional writings and poems of my life, in the last 8 of so years. I am only 20 so the ages i wrote was from about 12-13, although my problems were not those of an average 12 year old/teen. I was in a clinic for depression and wrote alot about that, and the book includes all emotions throughout my life. from love to suicide. I want it to be an insperational book, to help teens, young adults and their parents understand the ups and down of being Bi-polar (manic/depressive).
the book will span over a wide timespan and massive emotional changes, so i want a name to capture this without sounding like a cliche insperational book, as this is not cliche!
any answers appreciated

Making Mole Hills out of Mountains

A Humorous twist on people saying that you are making mountains out of mole hills. My daughter is bp, and people kept telling her that she was too dramatic one minute and delightfully entertaining the next. Turns out that when she hit the mountains, she was super silly; the valleys made her suicidal, and the mole hills were her only level of stability.

Here's another one: The Pendulum Rests
Self-explanatory....kind of Edgar Alan Poe-ish (the Pit and the Pendulum)

Please remember that your life did contain humorous moments and fun times. If your book is all depressive, no one will read it. They need to see your UP times as well as your down times. I wish my daughter would write a book; she is so funny, and her humor has saved her many a time....

"The Ride", or something like that. I have Bi-Polar as well, and I remember people always telling me life was a rollercoaster ride. But they had no idea, did they?! I grew to almost hate "normal people".
Or maybe "The Flow". Something I also heard alot was just relax, go with the flow of things. Hard to do with BP! Plus The Flow sounds kinda cool to teenagers, an attention getter.
Good luck!

mayb " something to say" or " me n my soul"
your book sounds really good.i'll considerr getting it when it comes out..!! =)

Call it Lithium

"From North to South to Freedom"... Kind of a slavery reference to Bi-polar disorder spiritual strength. Congratulations on achievement. I dated a lady w/ bi-polar disorder, and she refused to ever see herself as anything other than a victim of her circumstances. I applaud you!

My titles:

Cycle of Life
The circle of the world
Teens, me and poems (lol stupid)
Depressions are nothing
Depressions are what makes you through
The castle of last dreams
The Poems of a Teenager
Bicycle's a cycle (LOL)
Time to Time

you can put your book's name "THE BOOK"

May something along the lines of
" my life as a teen with Bi-polar" or
" I got through teens with Bi-polar so could you"
" lifes not easy with Bi-polar when you a teenager"

"depressions in my life" sorry it sounds dumb but thats all i could think of!
