Why do I keep sleeping so late?!


Question: I been going to bed at the same time I usually go to bed for the past few days. I usually wake up at 10.. sometimes 11. Lately, for the past week.. i've been waking up at 2:00 - 2:30 in the afternoon. I have no idea why...

Are you active in the day time?Do you participate in sports?Watch what you eat or drink .Sleeping too much is one of the signs of depression like having no interest in waking up.Or it could be that you party too much and just plain lazy.

Because you need an alarm clock.

Maybe because your body need smore sleep.

Maybe your body is playing "catch-up", if you haven't been getting enough sleep. How many hours of sleep have you been getting?

maybe its because its winter break your not stressed and your into a deeper sleep could be something pyshically wrong you should see your doctor if it doesnt stop soon just a normal check up not to major or have you been trying a new drug or anything like that?

How are your eating habits? I would suggest that you eat and drink healthy, exercise and try not to get stressed out and that should solve that problem. Make sure you eat your breakfast every morning.

It could be that you are just tired or under stress. It could also be that you are suffering from Depression. When a person is depress they tend to sleep more than usual.

I think you may be bored (or slightly "down") There may be something troubling you and sleeping is your bodys way of avoiding it.
