I didn't gain any weight while taking it.
The only side effects I had were a funny "hollow" feeling (hard to explain but it feels like when I came down from LSD many years ago) and what I call "crazy legs."
Any time I sat still I would either jiggle my leg up and down or move it quickly left and right.
I did have a real bad case of whole body shakes that put me in the emergency room, but that was after going to an incompetent psychiatrist who raised my dose from 20mg to 40mg. After about 3 weeks at that dosage I shook like I had Parkinsons disease.
My current psychiatrist cut the dosage then switched me to Pexiva. I still have the hollow feeling and the crazy legs but not as bad.
