Any good stories from using Lexapro?!
Question: I have had anxiety for a long time but within the last week or two, I have begun having panic attacks and I cannot relax whatsoever. I went to the doc and they gave me a prescription of both xanax and lexapro but of course, I am nervous to take them because of all of the side effects that esp come along with lexapro. I know that medication works differently on people, but can anyone who has taken Lexapro please share their experiences? Thanks : )

My adult son has been on Lexapro for a year now. He is doing very well.
He suffered from anxiety which was to the point of causing him physical problems as well.
Don't be nervous about taking the medications prescribed. You don't become a different person. You just regain yourself and peace.
Oh, I almost forgot .. he didn't have any side effects.
Both are good medications and will help you alot.
I havent taken it but my friend did. it works ok but if you stop taking them or miss a day you go like crazy and have terrible mood swings.
