What do i do with my life right now at this stage ?!
Question: im 30, have borderline personality disorder, ive lived alone for 2 years in a one bedroom flat on sickness pay.....because of my problems and condition ive never : made any friends in life : never had a partner or girlfriend ever : never been employed or gained qualifications ever..l..i have a mental health record to obviously & a minor criminal one.
my long term goal is to move to a quiet coastal village in europe or maybe back to southern france...where i could get an ok job and a nice girlfriend, a loving partner.
right now, i don't live in the greatest/ friendliest area of the uk.....ive lived alone for 2 years and im starting to feel lonely, alienated, abandoned, isolated by society....and obviously with no support network to turn to, except an aging ill mum...i have no one there for me.
im not keen on multiculturalism either & im seeing more of this in my area.
im thinking should i try run away and escape to a quiter area in a setup where i was living around others

do medications help? prozac and klonepin are differeence between functioning and not for me. My situation is similar i am 31 live with my mom ( which is fine ) who has health issues from time to time in a dead end job but striving toward a teaching lic. I live in a quiet crime free are moved here 4 yrs ago but job market in my field ( social service ) is controled by fraudsters making it very hard to find decent work

Wow, dude. F upped. I wouldn't go anyplace yet. You seem someone what intelligent. You are very aware of whats going on in your life, but your the "lone wolf" type. I would wait until opportunity came knocking on your door.
if you like animals, and your building allows them, i would get a pet. that could ease off the loneliness a little
You can talk all you want to but it comes down to getting out of the flat and start living. I have live a good life but I don't sit around and say what if. I live it and if it is wrong, well I tried. No one gives you anything, you have to earn it and that requires work. So start.
